Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for Dialogue to Action 2025.

Registration Fees:

The registration fee for the event is INR 5,000 per delegate if you registered via Direct Registration.

Refund and Cancellation

Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, may be issued solely at the discretion of the organizers under exceptional circumstances such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Registration not confirmed by the organizers (a full refund will be processed within 30 days from the summit date)
• Summit cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (a full refund will be issued to all registered delegates)

All bank transaction charges are to be borne by the registrant and will not be refunded.

Substitutions

Substitutions are not permitted. Each registration is specific to the individual and non-transferable. If you have any specific requests, please contact us through the email provided below.
